As EWS category is implemented for the first time by NTA this year. Hence there are no previous year cutoffs to look at for estimation of your colleges. But if you look at simply general category cutoff you may get admission in IIITs however getting cse would may be difficult as being the core branch it's cutoffs are usually very high.

As you are asking about IIIT Gwalior which is a dream college for a large no of youth one of the prestigious college of India  ,as the admission in IIIT Gwalior is based only  on obtained JEE mains rank 

Since the 2019 iiit cutoff has not declared,as per the source it will be declared very soon my concerned authorities ,The concerned authorities will determine the JEE Main cutoff 2019 for IIIT Gwalior to shortlist candidates for seat allotment. Consequently, the JEE Main cutoff 2019 for IIIT Gwalior will only be used to screen candidates and is not in itself an assurance of a B.Tech seat at the institute. IIIT Gwalior offers 4-year B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering only. The JEE Main 2019 cutoff for IIIT Gwalior will be determined category-wise and will consist of the opening and closing ranks for admission. Some of the important factors that will be considered for determining the JEE Main cutoff for IIIT Gwalior include the number of seats available for the programme, number of application received, and also the difficulty level of JEE Main exam

go for cse in nit rather than integrated course at iiit gwalior.

1. cse is more sort after in comparison to it.

2. integrated courese i.e btech + mtech do not hold much value because of shortes course curriculum and shorter duration

3, you mind may change and you may go for MBA at a later stage to enter the management discipline.

no this rank is not enough to get an iiit. you may get a nit. but you would not get good nit or good stream . you would not get cse. you can get other streams like mechanical , civil. you can get nits like bhopal, arunachal pradesh .
