On the contrary, some colleges have specific application deadline dates for certain programs of study and some colleges offer “Early Decision” or “Early Action” programmes to fall freshmen.
Applicants to an Early Decision program should apply by December 1st. Applicants to an Early Action program should apply by October 15 to November 15.

The payment can be made via credit cards or cheques in favour of “SUNY Application Services Center” (SUNY ASC) in US dollars drawn from a US bank. The university does not accept cash.
