What is Andrology
Andrology is a sub-field in medical sciences which deals with diagnosis and treatment of health issues related to male reproductive parts and urological systems. Andrologists are professional doctors who diagnose and treat problems related to andrology like male fertility, cancer, genital trauma, erectile dysfunction, and many others. Andrology is a specialisation that students take up usually after their MBBS and MS/ MD courses. Eligibility Criteria (UG & PG) of Andrology
Candidates must have passed MBBS degree from an institute recognised by the Medical Council of India.
They must have completed an MS/ MD degree from a recognised institute.
If there are candidates who were enrolled in MS in General Surgery, they must obtain an M.Ch. Degree in Urology and then go for a specialisation program in Andrology.

Andrology Entrance Examinations
Generally, students who have first passed MBBS and hold an MS/ MD degree can apply for Andrology fellowship and certificate programs. If there are students who were enrolled in MS in General Surgery, they must obtain an M.Ch. degree in Urology and then go for a specialisation in Andrology.

AIIMS PG Entrance Examination: AIIMS, the biggest medical institute in India, conducts the AIIMS PG examination for the admission of students in various courses including M.Ch. in Urology for which the minimum eligibility is an MS degree. After a student has completed M.Ch. in Urology, he/ she can opt for specialisation in Andrology.

Anyone going for Andrology first needs to have an MBBS degree from any college approved by the Medical Council of India and one also needs to have MD in medicine or DNB in general surgery. As you are already satisfying the above criteria you can do Andrology. You will have to do Mch in urology, and there are entrance tests conducted for the same. After you get this degree you are ready to practice as Andrologist.

For doing fellowship in Andrology Candiate must have passed MBBS degree from an institute recognized by Medical council of India. Candidates must have completed MS/MD degree from an recognized institute. If candiates were enrolled in MS in General surgery, then they must obtain M.ch degree in urology after that they can go for specialization program in Andrology.
So you can not do fellowship in Andrology without completing M.ch in urology.It will be better if you complete M.ch in urology and then go for fellowship in Andrology.
