1. The first stage consists of the IIIT Lucknow placement cell inviting various top companies to conduct a placement drive in their institute by providing all the courses and specializations.

2. Interested companies will then accept the invitation and confirm their interest in conducting recruitment in the IIIT Lucknow placement drive.

3. They will both then sign for agreement or registration for further process of guarantee recruitment from the company.

4. The company will then set a time for when they would like to conduct placement drives.

5. The placement cell will then provide students with the company’s information and the job positions they are recruiting for, after confirmation of placement drive.

6. Interested students will then be present for the drive, give an interview and submit their CV.

7. The recruiting company will then decide and select the most potential students for various job profiles based on their skills and courses pursued.
