IIIT Sri City Admission Process

Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City admissions are offered to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programmes. IIIT Sri City admissions are offered in Engineering stream. Courses at IIIT Sri City include B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech and Ph.D programmes.

Before applying for the IIIT Sri City admissions the candidates should appear for the appropriate entrance examination which includes the JEE Main/GATE examination and secure a valid score.

IIIT Sri City Registrations 2025

Courses	IIIT Sri City Application Process
B.Tech	Candidates must qualify the JEE Main examination for IIIT Sri City B.Tech admissions. Candidates must apply for JoSAA/CSAB counselling for admission. Candidates who score eligible marks will get a notification from the institute. Candidates must pay the academic fees and get documents verified for final admission.
M.Tech	Candidates must appear for GATE examination for IIIT Sri City M.Tech admissions and apply for CCMT counselling. For Non-GATE participants candidates must pay an application fees of Rs 300 (Rs 150 SC/ST/PwD candidates). Selected candidates will get a call from the institute. Pay the final academic fees for admission.
Ph.D	Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for IIIT Sri City Ph.D admissions. Apply for the admissions through an online application form and pay the application fees of Rs 500 (Rs 200 for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Selected candidates will be called by the institute.

We have pretty good academics in terms of the course and the output at the end, the outcome is industry oriented . The courses taught are taken from international universities, so pretty good in this department

Academics

Computer Science course is highly appreciated. All Professor are PhD holders & they have a vast experience in their relevant field like Computer Vision,Data Science,AI&ML,IOT,etc. Every year curriculum is updated according to market need. Students can choose electives after 2nd year according to their desired sub domain. I think the course curriculum will definitely make the student be ready for high paid job.

Iiit sonepat vs iiit sri City vs iiit Vadodara for cse

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well.

As per your question, according to your given colleges you may best figure out any good college by simply comparing their placement package and study life. So as per all of the three colleges:-

1) IIIT sonepat:-

They have good infrastructure as well as good professors to shape you. As per placement side they have an average placement packages of 8 LPA and highest package of 40LPA . Companies like OYO, IBM, Amazon etc came here for recruitment.

2) IIIT sri city :-

They have good professors as well as good infrastructure. They have an average package of 6 LPA nad highest package of 21 LPA. companies like IBM, L and t, HSBC etc came here for recruitment.

3) IIIT vadadora:-

They have an average package of 11LPA and highest package of 36 LPA. Companies like TCS, Adobe, l and the came here for recruitment.

So as per this comparison as per my opinion based on placement iiit sonepat have an edge on iiit vadadora so you should go with iiit sonepat. Otherwise iiit vadodara is not bad a bad option for you.
