IIIT Allahabad Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad admissions are offered to B.Tech, Integrated B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D programmes. IIIT Allahabad admissions are based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination. The IIIT Allahabad B.Tech admissions are done based on valid JEE Mains marks. 

The IIIT Allahabad M.Tech admissions are done based on a valid GATE score while MBA admissions are done based on CAT scores. The IIIT Allahabad Ph.D admissions are done based on performance in written tests and interview. Candidates must meet the IIIT Allahabad eligibility criteria before applying for admissions.

IIIT Allahabad B.Tech Admissions 2025

The college offers B.Tech, B.Tech + MBA, B.Tech + M.Tech and dual degrees at the undergraduate level. The duration of IIIT Allahabad UG courses may last from 4 years to 5 years.

• The candidates must meet the IIIT Allahabad UG eligibility criteria.

• The candidate must appear and qualify JEE Mains.

• After the declaration of the results, if the candidate meets the cutoff then he/she can register for the JoSAA counselling.

• Then, the candidate must select IIIT Allahabad as the preferred college and preference courses must also be filled.

• Then seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their performance in the entrance examination.

The college offers M.Tech and M.B.A. at the postgraduate level. The duration of IIIT Allahabad PG courses is 2-years.

• The candidates must meet the IIIT Allahabad M.Tech admission eligibility criteria.

• The candidate must appear and qualify the GATE examination.

• Then the candidates must apply and attend the CCMT counselling process. 

• Then, in the counselling the candidate must select IIIT Allahabad as the preferred college and preference courses must also be filled.

• Then seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their performance in the entrance examination.

• The admission will be confirmed once the candidate submits the documents for verification and pay IIIT Allahabad fees.

IIIT Allahabad MBA Admission Process 2025

• The candidates must meet the IIIT Allahabad MBA admission eligibility criteria.

• The candidate must appear and qualify the CAT examination.

• Based on the performance in the entrance examination, the candidates will be shortlisted for the interview.

• Then seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their performance in the entrance examination and interview.

• The admission will be confirmed once the candidate submits the documents for verification and pay IIIT Allahabad fees.

IIIT Allahabad CCMT Counselling 2024

On June 24, 2024, NIT Surat announced the result of the second round of the CCMT counselling seat allotment process for admission to M.Tech courses. Candidates must visit ccmt.admissions.nic.in to view their results. To check their seat allotment result, candidates must enter their GATE registration ID and password. Those who are given seats must pay the registration fees and submit the necessary documentation for verification.

IIIT Allahabad Ph.D Admissions 2025

The college offers 4 specialisations in Ph.D. at the doctoral level. The duration of course may last up to 6 years.

• The candidates must meet the IIIT Allahabad Ph.D admission eligibility criteria.

• The candidates must fill in and submit the IIIT Allahabad admission form provided by the university.

• Each department will conduct a written test for the eligible candidates.

• Then the candidates have to attend an interview in offline mode.

• Then seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their performance in the entrance examination and interview.

• Finally the candidates have to submit the documents for verification and pay the IIIT Allahabad fees. 

IIIT Allahabad Counselling

As per the IIIT Allahabad admission process, after clearing the entrance examination cutoff, candidates need to appear for the IIIT Allahabad counselling process. For admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the institute candidates must apply for the IIIT Allahabad counselling. For B.Tech programmes admissions candidates must appear for JoSAA counselling, whereas for M.Tech programmes candidates must appear for CCMT counselling.
