Exams are comparatively less difficult than other IITs. Many exams are MCQ type and much easier than JEE advanced. Some exams are memory-based. In other IITs, questions are much tougher then in IIT. I feel this course is much relevant. The pass percentage is 20-40%.

In mainly ph.d people opt for research thing .Around 50% of students are placed. The top recruiting companies are Tata, Cisco, Larsen and Toubro, some telecom companies, Google, Apple, Microsoft, and much more. The internships ratio is good. Almost everyone gets a chance for internships in any year.

Mess food depends on individual experiences but it's normally just enough for the strength. They charge Rs.100 per day. The canteen is nice, we have 3 canteens and all are good but sometimes it's hard to get them because of long lines and surplus orders. The sports facilities are very good and it's split up into 2 parts.

All teachers need a Ph.D. degree to teach in IIT, so there's no doubt about their qualifications. The curriculum is the same for all branches in the first year. Students are industry ready because of the good labs and realistic competitions.

Our college has the best placements from companies like Microsoft, Deloitte, and many more. Many big companies are being approached by our cnp (career & placement) cell, which is the best cell in IIT Mandi. Many big companies are being approached by our placement cell. Also, the placement percentage in such cases is always greater than 98%.

The infrastructure is one of the best features. The campus is clean and green, and the buildings are modern and well-maintained. The auditoriums are top-notch, though the sports complex could use some upgrades. The overall atmosphere is inviting.

The college infrastructure is very good. All the labs are maintained and the hostels and mess food is also good. The beauty of the Himalayas is Amazing. This sis one of the most beautiful campuses in India.

The academics are good. The professors know their subjects well. The visiting professors are very good. They have domain-specific knowledge which at par with industry trends. More visiting faculties can be hired.

The placements are good for B.Tech here. The placement can be improved for the other branches also. More should visit the campus. and recruit students for these esteemed firms. This will make industry connections well .companies

It's a value-for-money campus. The fees have been increased but it is a government institute it is fine. The placements are fine here which provides a good value of the ROI. More companies can visit and hire people.

The campus life is the best here. The academic pressure is there but it is manageable. We can explore so many good places and go on treks etc. The food is good and the hostels are good. Overall good campus.

Hostels are good, with all the basic amenities provided, Each Hostel is provided with Wifi whic offers decent internet Speed. Both South and North Campus of IIT Mandi has a Library, and sports facilities, and gym. The only concern may be the remote location of the Campus.

In terms of Academics, IIT Mandi, is good. Some of the best professors who are experts in their field teach here, however, this may not be true for all the Faculty Members. Sometimes, what Professors teach may not be relevant to the Job market, however, there are plenty of learning opportunities available.

IIT Mandi has decent placements. Some of my seniors have been placed in MNCs based in Japan, and Bangalore in India. But the impact of recession is obviously visible, which is making it difficult for every one to be placed.

MBA Program at IIT Mandi is one of the most affordable MBAs in India. From what I know, female candidates who pursue B.Tech from IIT Mandi, are offered 100% fee waiver which again makes it a decent choice for female candidates who wish to pursue B.Tech

Campus offers all the facilities such as gym, sports complex, Clubs and is surrounded by hills all around. During leisure time, one can go on trekking with friends to enjoy the natural beauty around. I can be sure that none of IITs can offer such a serene and beautiful campus.

Overall a decent college to pursue MBA

College Infrastructure is attractive because it is built in the mountains. There are two campuses here, South campus and North campus, the problem we have faced is related to connectivity between both the campuses during rainy season or landslide. Overall infrastructure is good.

I'm studying MBA in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, we have very less number of experienced faculty available as permanent faculty,But we had a good number of experienced guest faculties who taught us.

As we are the 2nd batch of MBA, we've seen the placement of our senior batch therefore I am able to comment about placement, To be honest, our seniors had very less number of opportunities available.

Our college has best infrastructure and hostel facilities. It is one of the well known IITs. Institute is situated at a beautiful place of Himachal Pradesh with peaceful and full of greenary environment. Classrooms are fully modernized and furnished. Hostels are also provided with every facilities like water coolers with clean water, hygienic washrooms good food in mess etc.

The level of exams in our college is a bit difficult. But the teachers are very good here, they are always available for us whenever we require them . The curriculum is set in such a way that we understand each and every thing very easily. Every teacher here holds PhD degree so there is no doubt in their qualification. Labs are also very good here with each and every software required for students.

IIT Mandi has one of the best placement records and students get good placements from here as well as internships also. Highest package was of 70LPA till now that students of our department got from here. Companies like Samsung, Qualcomm, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato etc visits our institute for placements drive.

Labs, Library, Super computers etc. Are available for course related works and are of excellent quality. Hostels are very good, and has all facilities like washing machine, water heater, induction, microwave etc. Medical facilities are also good and satisfactory. Many sports and games facilities are available. Classrooms are also very nice and modernized. Everything is well maintained here and living spaces are also clean and hygienic.

All professors are well educated and well qualified. They addresses all the doubts. Quality of teaching is excellent. And yes the course curriculum is very much relevant for industrial exposures and cooperate world ready. Semester exams are moderate and pass percentage is also moderate. The course is good.

Almost 90% of students got placed in our college. The top recruiting company is Caterpillar. Almost 80% of students gets internships. Companies like Oracle, Amazon, Trilogy, Samsung, Walmart etc. Maximum package was around 60LPA. College is also very supportive during placement drives.

Yes doing your course from an IIT is worth the value for money that you will invest here as fees. I'm also getting my money's worth from here.

IIT Mandi is a very huge institution. With many facilities provided in for the students. Buses go time to time from north campus to south campus as college is very big so no one can go without bus from one place to another. Also hostels are very nice, Classrooms are quite modern and big. Labs are provided with many instruments.

All teachers need Phd degree to be a faculty member of IIT so no doubt in the qualification of all teachers. Students are always build industry ready here because of good labs and workshops and competitions. Teachers also keeps doubt sessions to take doubt of all students and make them understand things easily.

Our college has best placement from the companies like Microsoft, Deloitte , Google, Samsung, Adobe , Flipkart etc visits the campus for placing the students and students gets placed in with good packages. Students get placed around 50LPA easily. Almost 90% of students gets placed here.
