Campus is good... covered with lush green forest... greenery is in the air.. lecture halls are in good condition.lab instruments are also good.hostels are average.cleaniless happens on daily basis.it also include big playground as well as indoor game centres.

I am currently pursuing chemical engineering.i had been interested in chemical engineering since my childhood.my grandfather was great chemical engineer.he worked with isro as well so is an inspiration for me.profs are quite educated and kind here.various course made us quite confident and prepared for our job interviews

Placement of my college is quite decent.last year chemical engineer got 100% placement.last year highest package was 54lpa which my cousin had got .he was pursuing cse from same college.average salary is 14 lpa for chemical engineers..rest other branch has 12 lpa.yes college was quite supportive instead of security guards.they stopped using to sit in one of my interviews because I had not done entry in hostel register

Yes it is value for money ofc. Prof are very good .after learning in class we need to watch YouTube videos from different teachers. Rest things are good

NIT Hamirpur is a big beautiful green campus. It is 320 acres in area. It has three entry/exit gates. The ad lock and central lock along with student Park forms the main attraction of college. Every department has their own buildings.Hostels for every year, different for boys and girls are there.

Students studying here get the admission through JEE mains exam examination, hence they are all academically bright and sense of competition is always. There. Faculty is helpful, but not much but seniors are helpful in academics.

Placements are well of almost every student gets a decent placement with computer science being at the top average package lands up to 7 to 8 lakh per annum and College do provides with the internships offering PPO.

The campus is scenic and well-maintained, offering excellent, facilities like tech-enabled classrooms and a strong Wi-Fi network. The library has all finance and HR resources, but rooms in the hostel should be more updated.

Curriculum in MBA course is very tight and well-balanced. Professors explain everything in detail about the field of HR and finance. Alumni interaction and live projects make learning much more effective. Industry trends of current times are lacking in the curriculum.

Here is a pleasant atmosphere and the weather conditions are very good as the college is situated on mountains. The infrastructure of the college is very good and wifi is installed in every classroom and other areas also outside hostels as well as in the hostels. Hostels are very clean and hygienic, rooms are spacious and food quality is also good. Here are various committees of cultural and other events to conduct various fun activities throughout the year. There is a student health care centre for medical treatment.

Teachers here are very supportive and dedicated to their respective responsibilities. Each and every teacher here is a PhD holder from renowned institutes. The course curriculum is designed to provide the best content and industry knowledge by teaching them real-life applications of what they have learnt. Semester assessments are moderate, and if you are sincere a little bit, then you can easily crack a good CGPA.

A total 108 students were placed out of 125 students enrolled last year, i.e., 2023. The highest package is 18 lakhs per year, and 8 lakhs is the average package. Top companies are Orient, Havells, etc. The top role offered in my course is as assistant engineer as a fresher.

National Institute of Technology Hamirpur is very good infrastructure wise . All the facilities they have . Hostels are good, with good infrastructure and facilities. Departments have good labs, classrooms, etc. with a clean environment. Canteens are available until the hostel's arrival on campus

Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable and available most of the time. They are well qualified. The teaching quality is very good. The curriculum is relevant to the industry and deals with real-time problems. Semester exams are at a moderate level and the passing percentage is 100%.

Placements in National Institute of Technology Hamirpur Batch of 2017 M.Tech Environmental Engineering was decent. There are a total of 60 students enrolled in the environment engineering course in the year 2017. 90% were placed.
