IIITDM Kancheepuram Facilities
An adequate number of infrastructural facilities are provided at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Kancheepuram for the students who meet the requirements of the college. Some of the IIITDM Kancheepuram facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, sports facilities, convenience stores to meet the daily needs of the students, Medical facilities to cater to the needs of the students.

College Infrastructure
Our college has big rooms provided with central air conditioning, and hostel rooms are sufficient for 2 people and can accommodate easily. We can even get hot water from geysers for bathing and hot and cold water to drink. The environment is also too good for students.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is well designed and also it has all the equipment in every lab with perfect condition. The campus is so clean and neat. The mess food is also excellent( if you have stayed in hostel for your intermediate).

IIITDM Jabalpur offers a solid program in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), with improving placements and a positive campus environment. The institute is known for attracting top recruiters like Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft, and Cisco, which indicates healthy job opportunities for its students. While the highest package has gone up to INR 43 LPA, the average salary package hovers around INR 11–12 LPA, though it can vary year by year.
Regarding the environment, students generally appreciate the infrastructure, air-conditioned facilities, and vibrant campus life, with various clubs and technical societies encouraging participation beyond academics. The academic schedule also leaves room for students to engage in personal projects and other extracurricular activities
If placements and a conducive learning environment are important to you, ECE at IIITDM Jabalpur is a good option. However, you could compare it with other institutes that align with your career goals before making a final decision.

See if you want to enjoy an urban life with very good placements after you pass out and awesome internships, then IIIT Delhi is the way to go. The only demerit is that fees of IIIT Delhi is very high for a normal middle class person, but if you take an education loan, then paying it off will be very easy as you'll be earning very handsomely after it.
But if you want the same good facilities with less fees, the NIT Calicut is a very good option due to it's reputation in the industry.

Accepted Exam: JEE Mains
In 2021, average salary offered to students of Mechanical department was INR 6 lakhs per annum while it was INR 6.18 lakhs per annum in 2020 .
Top companies which come for recruitment are Capgemini, Godrej, Adobe, Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung Electronics, Nokia, Cognizant, Deloitte, etc.
