Our college infrastructure was more than adequate, and we had all the facilities we needed on campus, including computer labs, a workshop, and a library. The hostel was very nice, with good maintenance, and each room had only two occupants. We enjoyed our B.Tech days very much.

Our teachers were good at teaching, supporting, and guiding us in all situations so that we could build our confidence. They completed the syllabus on time and also revised some difficult topics. Most of us were able to clear the exams by studying the class notes

Most of us and our seniors were selected during campus placement in different companies like TCS, vipro, Accenture, mind tree, etc. The highest salary offered was 8 LPA. Many of our friends joined internships before and after B.Tech to gain practical knowledge.

The college has a good environment, and public transportation is nearby. However, the grounds are too small, with only limited playing equipment, and sufficient only for parking and roaming. The lab facilities are good, and the computers work properly. Only three events happen each year.

The faculty was very helpful in academics. Some teachers provided good content, while others were not very good in performance. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester-end exams are not too hard, and the pass percentage is 70%. Malpractice is strictly prohibited in the college.

Placements are good, and the opportunities are many. Free CRT classes are taken out. For every year maximum, all students are placed. The highest package was 43 LPA, the lowest package was 4 LPA, and the average package was 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Capgemini, Micron Technologies, and National Infotech.

The college area is around 900 acres. There are computer labs, free Wi-Fi and a library. There is an Apollo hospital on our campus. A total of 20 boys hostels and 6 girls hostels are available here. There are 12 different messes according to the food of different states.

Very professional and highly qualified professors were there. They were very helpful in academic subjects and were experts in their subjects. The teaching quality is awesome and totally digitized classrooms were available. The course gives us good practical knowledge.

About 95 percent of students got recruited through campus placement. The average package of 6 LPA and maximum of 28 LPA were offered. CSE branch got more placements than any other branch. For our branch, Tata Steel came with high packages. Almost 80 percent students went interns with various companies.

We have free Wi-Fi in hostels. A large library is available. We have an area of 900 acres, and we have a total of 7 mess facilities. Different food items are available, and the quality is good. We have a sports centre and a hospital for medical care. There are 21 hostels on campus.

The minimum qualification of our teaching faculty is PhD. They provide not only theoretical knowledge but also practical knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students ready for industrial work. The teachers are very helpful.

Around 90% of engineering students have been placed till now, and the placements are still going on. Various companies, including Reliance, Aditya Birla, ITC and other non-core companies come here. The highest package offered is 22 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA.

In this college, Wi-Fi, hostel room, laboratory are good. In rooms sometimes network comes good most of times it is good. Hostel rooms are costly that other NITs and but North Indian mess are good. The campus area is very large so, students will enjoy games a lot.

Teachers are helpful.When I joined civil I was not interested that much but professors are good that made my interest in civil. Semester exams are easy, but in offline due to relative grading students will achieve good marks. students get This course is very interactive.

Placement records of NIT for civil has been best among all NITs, even better than some IITs. Most civil students are placed in PSUs and many qualify GATE and other examination for higher degree courses, so sometimes data is for placements. Overall, all are placed at good places.

Classes are very spacious, well maintained, are well ventilated. Our department is well equipped with modern technology machines and highly knowledgeable staff. Hostel is good and clean. The food is fine. Medical facility is excellent. Sports center is greatly managed and well equipped.

Teachers are so much helpful in our academics and are free to contact us regarding any doubt. The course curriculum is relevant and helpful to students for industry-ready with the practical knowledge. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 95%.

Around 100% is the placement percentage. The salary package is 12 LPA. Top companies are P&G, Caterpillar, etc. Around 50% of students got internships. The top roles offered are data analysts.in this college very well placements and highly knowledge and technology.

Till now NIT Meghalaya be on its temporary campus, so the campus area is not too large and hostels are within the range of 10 km from the campus but bus facilities are there for transportation. Other than that every facility is available on the campus. Most importantly campus is well-cleaned and very beautiful.

Professors are very supportive and knowledgeable in their respective fields. I have completed my M.Tech from here in the year 2022, the process of admission for M.Tech in NIT Meghalaya is only through GATE CCMT counseling. Final year projects are mostly on trending technologies as per the current industry.

For placement, students should not be fully dependent on the placement officers only instead students should cooperate with them to take the initiative to bring more good companies for the placements. Few brunches like civil and mechanical got fewer placement opportunities. In 2022, 45 CTC was the highest package offered in the CS branch. 12-15 LPA is the average salary offered. 80% of students are placed. College is very supportive even for the post-placement processes.

Compared to many NITs, the fee structure of NIT Meghalaya is a little bit high but as per the location, it is justified. But most of the fees are recovered through the GATE scholarship we can say.

Some past incidents happened between the students and the locals, so if someone wants to avoid those situations it is better not to be too involved in those kinds of incidents. Other than that campus and hostel life is very good and all kinds of facilities like hospitals, restaurants, shops, and transportation are available nearby. Teachers, staff, and students are helpful also.

Excellent infrastructure with all the facilities available, which includes smart classrooms, clean and hygienic chemistry labs, washrooms, hostel, and a mess, and all were well maintained. The mess provided food of great quality.

I studied MSc in chemistry, and the reasearch quality and attitude of professors were very pleasent. The curriculum gets updated every year. The college allows students to serve or work for the Institute which surely gonna make them ready for any jobs.

It's a National institute focused on every domain, it gave us good quality of placements in top companies. The packages offered here is depending on the companies and can vary from 3-4 LPA to 8-9 LPA. T&P cell is there to help and guide students during recruitment drives.

My course feet cost me around 35K per semester for 2 years. It was worth spending such a amount by availing all the facilities provided by the institution. The Institute offered me to inculcate my reasearch further in chemistry field. So, my money got valuable.

The college campus was serene. For the engagement of students, several sports facilities were there. The college also conducts annual sports day, fests, and events to boost the enthusiasm of students. It's location is best and safe. It can handle every type of emergency.

Everyone is this institution is engaged with their specific domain. Also, the societal benefits are considered by giving prime importance.

It is running in Laithmukhrah,Shillong Since 2013 as It's Permanent Campus is under Construction in Cherrapunji .The hostels are well equipped with various kinds of facilities like TV room,Sports room etc. and also Wi-Fi Facility available at every hostel.Access to digital Library Facility is also given to us. There are different laboratories for each departments. All Classes has smart boards.Hygienic Food provided by Mess and It checked by Warden. All places of campus are neat and clean.

I am pursuing my B.Tech Degree in the field of CSE Branch.I love to do Programming.Quality of Teaching In NITM is much better than many other engineering colleges in India.Every department has good faculty members who will guide you and best things what I found is most of them are very polite and Friendly.Our Curriculum is well organized and also completely Up-to-date.Our collage organized various webinars,workshops etc for student to get exposure of research work etc. Yes ,it makes job ready

Placements for most of the branches are near about 95-100 percent as of now and before,well known companies keep coming to our institute for campus placement of student.Out of a batch of 30 students 15 students got 10 lpa,1 student got 25 lpa and rest got placement in between 8-9 lpa.Highest salary is 25 lpa for CSE Department.The average salary is around 6.8-7 lpa.Yes, placement process always goes smoothly and also pleasant for us.Entire team of Training and Placement Cell Supportive.

My family annual income around 2 to 3 lakhs. So costs me around 62k per year including Hostel mess bill.Yes ,for this amount of money it will definitely worth it because I feel all the facilities we get are good enough.The cost is not to much because I get scholarship from ministry.Our institute also invented Big companies to get a taste of actual professional experience for students. Our institute also give opportunities to best minds to participate outside the campus in any events.

Well,Let me start with the beautiful weather conditions and Breathtaking sceneries which would instantly make you fall in love..It's permanent campus in sohra.Construction of permanent campus is in progress.Currently It's running in shillong.Everything is being organized properly.It is small campus.Many activities in which students engaged is workshops,practicals etc. Students,teachers and staff are hard working and cooperative in nature.Location of safe is safe.Yes emergencies can handle easily
