Visit the online portal of SBI Collect.
Click on the check button and submit after going through the instructions and policy.
Select the State of the Institution as “Gujarat” and the Type of Institution as “Educational Institution”.
Select the appropriate option as “Semester registration Fees” from the drop-down menu.
Enter your Roll Number and other information that is already provided to you at the time of application.
Once you verify the information, click on “Submit” to reach the final step of payment.
Select the desirable mode of payment among the options provided on the screen.
Select your Bank and choose the mode of payment among Debit/Credit/Net Banking.
Enter the desired details like card number and CVV, if asked and make the payment.
Save the E-Receipt or a printout for future reference.

It is wonderful Experience to be part of institute
College Infrastructure
As we are currently in SVNIT campus so we get all the facilities available in SVNIT, It has Well built Library, new Classroom complex where all classes are conducted and well equipped Computer and Electronics Lab, Sports Facilities are also good Students also Participate in inter IIIT sports competition. Also the hostel Facilities are provided by the SVNIT and Mess food is good comparable to other colleges .

IIIT Surat is currently operating from the temporary premises of Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT),Surat.The students of IIIT Surat enjoy the same campus facilities as that of SVNIT and is much better than that of most IIITs.It consists of indoor badminton courts,Gymnasium,basketball and tennis courts and a huge playing field that is mostly ill-maintained.Besides this it has a huge fully air conditioned library.Hostels also do have very fast Wifi.

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well. It's difficult to predict because cut keep changing every year depends on various factors like no of seat available , difficulty level of exam and noo of student appear in exam.
As you secured 14,302 obc rank in jee mains. Your percentile is 94.24  . No, the chance of getting  IIIT Surat is less as closing rank for obc category in IIIT SURAT is 9713 for Electronics and Communication Engineering  . And closing rank for obc category in IIIT SURAT is 7214 for computer science Engineering.

If we have a look at the cut-offs for Indian Institute of Information Technology, Surat for 2021, then the ranks at which the branches close are as follows:
Computer Science and Engineering: 21,541
Electronics and Communication Engineering: 27,087
According to this it might be difficult for you to get admission in IIIT Surat, however you may get these in the Special or CSAB rounds.
