IIIT Bhopal Facilities

Currently, the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhopal campus is being built and has been using the resources of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal campus. The newly allotted land for IIIT, Bhopal infrastructure is around 50 acres.

A spacious library, hostels for boys and girls, and a sports arena for playtime and medical care are some of the IIIT Bhopal facilities. Celebration is a big part of the institution, so IIIT Bhopal faculties conduct cultural fest and technical events. Students can read the details about IIIT Bhopal facilities described below:

Boys Hostel
IIIT, Bhopal hostels for boys are for first-year students only in Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. The first-year students are provided with private rooms.
Girls Hostel
The institute provides hostel facilities to all its girls. IIIT Bhopal hostels meet all the basic needs of students such as a gym, vegetarian mess, spacious open grounds, hot water during winter and more.
Medical/Hospital
As the campus of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal is used by the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhopal, the resources are shared such as the medical health centre. There are 3 medical persons in charge. General medicine is given for free and the dispensary is open for all days (except for national holidays). The timings of IIIT Bhopal dispensary are morning 8.30 to 12.30 and evening 4.30 to 7 pm.
Library
The Library of the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal is being shared by IIIT, Bhopal students. So the library consists of approx 114694 books, 2000+ CDs and videos, 10+ newspapers, and more than 12,000 volumes of journals. The division of IIIT Bhopal library makes it easy to search and read books.
Sports
Sports and physical activities are essential parts of a young student’s life. Keeping this in mind, IIIT Bhopal sports facilities include both outdoor (cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton) and indoor games (carom, chess, kabaddi courts). Recently, IIIT Bhopal also organised its first-ever sports fest, Sporlumina.
I.T Infrastructure
IIIT Bhopal infrastructure is well maintained with facilities like smart classrooms, and computer labs. The institute has a dedicated management team.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for centre alumni association.
Wifi
The entire campus of IIIT Bhopal is wifi enabled with an internet speed of more than 1 Mbps. Students can have access to the network for study purposes.
Transport Facility
IIIT Bhopal transport facilities are provided to students and staff. Buses ply to different locations around the city.
Laboratories
All the labs at IIIT Bhopal campus are equipped with modern instruments and equipment for engineering candidates to have the best facilities. Students can visit the laboratories to get some practical exposure.
Cafeteria
The canteen of the IIIT Bhopal campus has dining facilities. Fresh and delicious food along with beverages is provided. MANIT Cafetaris & Nescafe has set up their stalls inside the campus.

College Infrastructure

College currently has no campus of its own. Its classes are being conducted in a building of MANIT, Bhopal and library and sports complex are also provided of MANIT as of now. Doesn't have a cafeteria either

I wanted college life which I don't get here.

College Infrastructure

This college don't has it's own campus.. our building is just one of the many buildings of MANIT campus where you can't free ho through whole are. You also don't get access to many facilities of that campus like library, sports complex etc but get access only on sports events.

College Infrastructure

No such infrastructure this college has. Doesn't have even basic things. No water in water cooler, cleanliness is nill,No facilities and equipments available. Canteen not allowed for students. In all no such good infrastructure.

I am getting iiit bhopal/nagpur/kota cse and ece in dtu/nsut/iiit delhi what should i choose if i am looking for good placements and a decent college life?

Hi,

Considering your focus on good placements and a decent college life, DTU, NSUT, and IIIT Delhi stand out as better choices compared to the newer IIITs (Bhopal, Nagpur, Kota).

If you get CSE or ECE in DTU or NSUT : These should be your top choices due to their strong placement records, vibrant campus life, and established reputation.
IIIT Delhi : Is also an excellent choice, especially if you prefer a research-oriented environment with good placements.

In summary, prioritize DTU and NSUT for their overall advantages in placements and campus life, followed by IIIT Delhi for its strong academic environment and competitive placement stats.

which is best iiit jabalpur mechanical or iiit bhopal it

Hello,

It's all depend on your interest.

I want to start by saying that you choose branch above college. Consequently, whether you are pursuing CSE or IT at any IIIT. Try it out.

It is difficult to pick between these two universities given that you are asking for mechanical at IIIT Jabalpur and IT at IIIT Bhopal. However, since both of these colleges are among the best IIITs and both offer excellent placements, I would advise you to attend IT at IIIT Bhopal.

Which would be better to take nit Bhopal mechanical or Iiit Bhopal cse ?

Hello,

MACT, the previous name of NIT Bhopal, was founded in 1960 and changed to NIT Bhopal in 2002. Currently, it has well-established faculties, laboratories, classrooms, lodging, etc. When compared to IIIT Bhopal, the teaching and research quality is likewise quite good. It now occupies the 55th spot among Indian universities.

Since IIIT Bhopal was founded in 2017 and is now housed on the RGPV campus, there is no private campus, no visiting faculty, no labs, and no research activity. Manit Bhopal, the institute's mentor, is also a man.

Therefore, the choice of institution is entirely up to you, friend.
